Delivery and Returns

It is important to us here at Gioia Boutique, that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience.

Delivery

Both clothing and accessories are checked for faults before leaving Gioia, ensuring the shipped product is in perfect condition for you.

Please be aware that clothing and accessories available on our online store are also available for purchase in store. While we endeavour to keep our website accurate, if for any reason we can not fulfill an order placed we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be provided with a full refund. We apologise if this occurs and for any inconvenience that may be caused. You are always welcome to call before making any online purchase. 06 876 2249 or 027 2486248.

Of note also, while every effort has been made to accurately display the colours of our garments and accessories appearing in our online store, due to colour variance in computers and photographic imagery, we cannot guarantee the colours displayed will be an exact match.

Free shipping on orders over $100.00.

All deliveries are sent via CourierPost, with a track and trace, signature required service. Please be aware that a physical street address is required, and allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery.

In the instance that a courier fee is charged, it is non refundable.

Returns

Please be aware that Gioia Boutique is under no oligation to accept a returned item if you have simply changed your mind. We will however, exhange a garment for a different size (excluding sale items). If an alternative size is not available we will offer you the option of another garment or a refund. If you have any queries about this, please do not hesitate to give us a call to discuss these options.

If you intend to return an item for exchange, please either phone or email Gioia with your request to ensure the reorder is able to be completed. There are often very limited quantities available. Items need to be returned by courier within 48hours of you receiving the delivery. The return of this item is at your cost and responsibiity. Gioia cannot accept responsbility for items that we haven’t shipped.

You will be charged for postage on exchanges made once the original order has been returned to Gioia.

For a return to first be accepted please note:

  • ​Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Items must have all tags attached and packaging included.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. (Please do not just attach the courier ticket to the shoe box and return.)

We refund you the same way you initally paid.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items, jewellery or accessories.

Faulty Goods

We are very happy to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. If the problem is minor, and can be fixed, we will either repair, replace or refund accordingly.

Goods are faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Instore Returns Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made in store.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to exchange an item, or offer a store credit for full price garments within 5 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with labels and tags attached. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, jewellery or accessories.​
